RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICY

All our items are made in our workshops, and are carefully packaged to arrive at your home in excellent condition.

However, BIYADICOLLECTION undertakes to take back any object if the product is in its original state (cover, bag, receipt) upon purchase and packed in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt.

-Returns can be made within 3 working days after receipt of the products and replacement within 7 days from the date of purchase.Please contact us via Whatsapp or via our phone to request a return or exchange.

-Our product can be replaced by another product if it is defective.

- Under no circumstances will we reimburse, a credit note of the same amount will be granted.

Delivery: The products are delivered within a maximum of 2 to 3 working days . In the event that the desired items are not available, it takes ten additional days before sending the order . Orders arriving after 5:30 p.m. on Friday and between Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. Shipping costs to Casablanca are free, for Dar Bouazza 30dhs and Bouskoura 40dhs, for other cities 60dhs.
